Mixing Ratio: Add to taste (Approx. 2–4g per kg).
For a medium heat level in sausages, add approximately 20g to 40g of Chilli Flakes per 10kg of meat block.
Mix thoroughly into the dry spice blend or directly into the meat emulsion to ensure even distribution of heat and color.
Crushed Dried Chillies (with seeds).
