Mixing Ratio: Add to taste (Approx. 2–5g per kg).
To enhance sausages or small goods with a warm aromatic note, add approximately 2g to 5g of Ground Coriander per 1kg of meat.
Mix thoroughly into your dry spice blend before combining with the meat block to ensure even distribution.
