Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1.2L Water

Combine 1kg of Chicken Herb & Garlic Seasoning with 6kg of minced chicken or lamb and 1.2 liters of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the water is fully absorbed and the mixture creates a sticky emulsion, then fill into casings.

Rice Flour, Spice Extracts, Mineral Salt (450), Preservative (221 – Sodium Sulphite), Antioxidant (316).

Allergens: Contains Sulphites.
