Mixing Ratio: 1kg Seasoning : 6kg Meat : 1L Water
Combine 1kg of Butcher’s Multimix with 6kg of minced chicken meat and approximately 1 litre of chilled water.
Mix thoroughly until the liquid is fully absorbed and the emulsion becomes sticky, then fill into casings.
Semolina, Salt, Mineral Salt (450), Spice Extracts & Herbs, Preservative (221 – Sodium Sulphite).
